LogiLDA.dll Error

If the error “There was a problem starting C:\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll” occurs at bootup or randomly pops up, it is due to an incompatible version of Logitech Download Assistant and Microsoft Windows.  The file belongs to Logitech devices and is used to search and update for Logitech device driver updates. 

 



 

 

 

Disable Logitech Download Assistant

1.     Click on Start or Windows icon in taskbar

2.     Type task in search box

3.     Select Task Manager from search results

 

 




 

a.      Scroll to Logitech Download Assistant

b.     Right-click and select Disable

c.      Close Task Manager

 

 



 

4.     Reboot the computer
